Line Marking Equipment - Permastripe® Applicator

Heskins now offer line marking equipment that is a custom designed applicator for our Permastripe® material, it is easy to use and has the following advantages;

• Has an inbuilt laser line system, this helps to ensure perfect, straight lines
  
  
• Comes complete with three guide rollers to prevent tape wander; 50mm, 75mm and 100mm
  
  
• Automatically removes the backing liner
  
  
• The solid nylon wheel firmly presses the Permastripe® down

We offer the line marking equipment for sale and also for rent, we will send it down on a pallet complete with everything you need, you simply use it and call us back, we even collect it!

Stage 1

  

Spring removal & fixing. Use the rebate provided.

Stage 2

  

Fitting & removal of core. Once core has been placed securely on its housing, tighten wing nut provided to hold core in place.

Stage 3

Removal & fitting of front roller bar / spring. Place bar in hole provided & U slot, attach spring to rebate on the lower bar.

Stage 4

  

  

Removal & fitting of upper coil dispenser. The PermaStripe roll must face the correct direction, please see above diagram.

Stage 5

  

Running the PermaStripe through the tension guides. Once you have got to this stage, you will need to remove the backing liner from the tape.

Stage 6

Fixing backing liner to front coil retriever. Bring the backing liner under the roller as illustrated above.

Stage 7

  

Once the backing liner has been attached and tension has been made you can then place the adhesive side of the PermaStripe to the floor, make sure the PermaStripe passes under the aluminium roller. Once you have set your target line continue along at a steady pace.

When you come to re-fill the coil repeat the process. Assembly

Assemply Stage 1

  

Remove sections from the box.

1. 1 x Tall handle section

2. 1 x Base section

3. 2 x Aluminium coil holders

4. 1 x Allen key

Assemply Stage 1.2

Once you have all the necessary items, remove the 4 nuts from the base units ready for the handle assembly.

  

  

Once you have lined up the handle to the base, re-fit nuts and tighten evenly until secure.

Place coil holder in to U slots provided.
